I often find myself watching movies in 22-minute chunks, partly because of being a parent and partly because of having a short attention span lately. I do TV shows with act breaks, so 3 or 4 breaks as I watch where commercials would be. It’s been liberating to realize I can do this. 📺🍿

@KimberlyHirsh I might pick that up as a strategy as well. Short attention span due to anxiety and unrest.

@KimberlyHirsh realising I don’t need to watch movies & shows in one sitting was the key for me to get back into watching them after my daughter was born. And it also has a good side effect that I don’t come back to bad movies - so less time wasted.

@V_ @KimberlyHirsh Since having kids (now 10 and 13), this is literally the only way I can watch movies on my own.

@KimberlyHirsh Related: If I were President, I’d make a law that any movie longer than 93 minutes is required to have an intermission.
