@aqeelfikree which is why I am “documenting” this things. I hope my post didn’t come across as a “complaint”, now that I think about it, when I said fun times truly I meant it. It’s a lot of work but it’s so worth it, I wouldn’t have it any other way. :)
@Gabz as a parent of two (5 and 8yo, currently), I think it is perfectly fine to have some “oh my god this sucks right now” moments, because a lot of the time, raising kids—like any challenging endeavor—is super-stressful and frustrating. I don’t think that is at all incompatible with loving one’s kids and knowing that you’ll look back on these times fondly.
@petebrown very true! And to be honest I am totally fine with having these “oh my god this sucks” kind of moments. And I treasure them (and document them). Just like you said, onee day I’ll look back and look (read) at my post(s) and remember these moments fondly.
