Is there a way to self-host relatively small (10 to 30 seconds of speech) audio files that has no risk of blowing up the budget even if you get DDOS:ed or Internet famous?

@petebrown that or smth like Cloudflare. I have hard time figuring out how the cost would behave in theoretical situations (at some point AWS egress fees get out of hand and there is no emergency brake). Luckily, this a theoretical exercise 😁
