@gabz Ha! I haven’t reached this level (yet), but right now I’m like: I hope they don’t break more stuff and that they fix some of the already broken stuff. No need for newer shiny things. It’s getting grim..
@gabz I’m pretty sure my M1 MBP will be my last Apple computer. Unless things change drastically within Apple.

I feel like the direction of all tech is increasingly awful... Windows PC and Android isn’t really any better than Apple IMO.
Linux is tempting but sometimes you need to be “sysadmin” savvy. The FOSS ecosystem is cool but lacks polish.
Apple has always been its best when the products are the most elegant solution for the job... The hardware is mostly rock solid mature now, in some ways the best it’s been, while software is a really mixed bag with too many upsold services. 😩
