I ALWAYS have the AirPods with me.

I get two types of messages, every day:

A) You’re traveling with someone else’s AirPods, and they can clearly see you stole them, and where you are right now.

B) You forgot your AirPods somewhere.

Every. Day. Multiple times a day. AirPods (mine) ALWAYS on me.

@maique Sounds like the ids were swapped. Someone out there is getting the same two messages...

@cliffordbeshers It’s odd! When I open the Find My Stuff app, it clearly shows both of them with me, after a second to update.

@maique Seems like some Apple IDs conflict. Restore to factory settings, and set them up again.

@maique It’s not on a family member’s account as well is it? I’ve found a few of my devices inexplicably doubled up in a family member’s in ‘Find My…’

@maique I get this messages all the time too. Also, my wife gets one saying some AirPods are following her (mine) and I get about hers. :/

It’s so frequent that if we end up being tracked by someone else’s AirPods, we can’t tell for sure. 😞
