All 4 officers involved in Floyd death have invoked their Fifth Amendment right

I’m not a legal dude … but when someone invokes the fifth … it sure doesn’t look good for a declaration of innocence.

@hjalm @JohnPhilpin See earlier tweet about systems... All four will walk free and get jobs somewhere warm. That’s how the system is designed. That’s the results is consistently produces.

@patrickrhone I guess expecting something different to happen when we keep doing the same things would be the definition of insanity. I heard the DA's press conference today. I do not want your prediction to be true, Patrick, but I do expect it to be so.

@patrickrhone And if the family sues under Section 1983, the courts will rule that there wasn’t “clearly established” right against a police officer killing a citizen by kneeling on their neck until they suffocate. 😖
