@simonwoods This intersects with something that I've been sitting/meditating with: Perception. Actually, how much of what we call "reality" is actually a matter of perception and/or how much our perception shapes/creates reality.

Age, I'd argue, is largely based on perception. Especially perception of self.

I’m 52 but am often perceived by others as about 10 years younger. That is, I believe, because I feel much younger. I don't feel my actual age. I don't perceive myself as 52. So...

Just something I'm thinking about.
