If there’s one personality type I’ve come to really appreciate the last few years, it’s a Realist.

@patrickrhone Same here. I've found that you can't actually get work done without a healthy dose of realism.

@patrickrhone In my first year of college we were taught something that I either refused to hear previously or wasn't told; the importance of looking at yourself "in the cold light of day". In my recent years this idea has grown to become near-tangible.
