So it’s confirmed. We have/had covid. Thankfully our cases have been mild.
@ChrisJWilson Gosh. Thank goodness for the mildness. Hang in there.
@toddgrotenhuis thanks, Todd. Supposedly I should start to clear up tomorrow (all things being well) so we’ve certainly been fortunate.
@patrickrhone thanks. The difficulties around getting tested were actually worse than the symptoms!
@frostedechoes thanks, Robert. Hearing the confirmation certainly did give us peace but we could always use more.
@ChrisJWilson Mild is good. Glad you are here to tell about it. Wish you a speedy recovery, and no more COVID!
@ChrisJWilson Ouch! Glad it seems you’re doing ok, mild is good. Take care and get better soon!
@patrickrhone well done! Every Fall I do the same thing so we can get the other car in our garage. It is amazing how much kid stuff (e.g., bikes) take up when not up in the air. However, I did break down and buy a shed that just got put up last week so hopefully from here on out we can always park both vehicles in the garage 😂
@ChrisJWilson Sorry to hear that. I’m pleased that you have/had mild cases. Wishing you all a speedy and good recovery.
@crossingthethreshold Thanks, David. I believe I'm basically free of it now but being allowed to go out might be a bit more tricky!
@ChrisJWilson That’s good news, that you are free of it. My wife had to make two trips across the US over the last six months to see her aging mother, who sadly passed away two months ago. On returning to Hawaii on both trips, she had to quarantine for two weeks at home. I know that this isn’t as long as some have had to stay at home through the pandemic, but it was still a challenge for her as the second week neared its end.
