Apple got me with the iPod. Nintendo got me with the Switch Lite. Just ordered an OLED Switch and a decent memory card.
@hjalm I played a lot of video game when growing up. Like a lot. But I’m starting to think I played more Switch as an adult…
@otaviocc I just love not having to worry about my config before I try a game. I quit PC gaming because I couldn’t keep up. Also you’re not wrong
@hjalm I was never a big fan of computer games. It's true I spent hours and hours playing SimCity 2000, Warcraft II, Starcraft, and Diablo II. But that was it. Before that was Atari, 8 and 16-bit consoles. I skipped all the 64-bit consoles, jumping directly to these PC games. After that I didn't play for years (too busy studying in college/masters - and using Linux and OSX). But a few years ago I bought a Switch and... 🤣
