I’ve lost enough weight over the past four months that I had to drill a new hole in my favorite belt. Sometimes it’s hard to appreciate the progress but the belt doesn’t lie!

@danielpunkass it feel good, doesn't it? In the last 2 months I lost 15 kg (30+ pounds). There's much more to loose, but I need new clothes already.

@otaviocc @danielpunkass Congrats to you both, that’s fantastic! 👊🏻

How did you manage to lose that much weight in a couple of months?

@danielpunkass That’s great! 🥳 I wish I could say the same. But wishing won’t get me there, of course.

@pimoore @danielpunkass thanks man! I've stopped eating food with added sugar and I'm walking one hour a day. Other than that, I don't eat meat, but this is not a new thing, so it doesn't count.

I've started paying more attention to the labels in the boxes; it's crazy the amount of sugar we eat every day. For medical reasons I stopped eating food with added sugar, and the only sugar I get now is the natural sugar from the products (carbs, fruits, etc...).

@otaviocc @danielpunkass @pimoore +1 to reducing sugar and regular basic exercise. Works so well for me.

@otaviocc That’s awesome, thanks Otavio! I get my blood sugar checked on a regular basis and my last one was really good, but diabetes runs in my family so this is advice I need to take to heart nonetheless. @danielpunkass @issimonwoods
