I have become the sort of person who irons their pyjamas and then folds them carefully every day. Who even am I any more?
@bsag I shared an apartment with a guy that ironed his underpants. I think one has to find niches that work for oneself, no matter how niche they are. Taking care of the nice things you have made yourself is certainly a good thing, and it giving you joy is probably the best thing.
When I worked for a business, I ironed my shirts every Sunday evening, after laundry day. I don’t wear jammies though, and use a dressing gown / bathrobe if I have to get up at night.
