@Archimage Now I wonder why it’s called “Donkey Kong”. There’s no donkey in the game. Only a gorilla, which is like a big Monkey.

@odd The character's name is Donkey Kong, because donkeys are stubborn and King Kong was a gorilla, thus giving a clue to his nature.

@odd Kong was a a large monkey, as in “King Kong”, the Donkey aspect, it was probably a mis-translation from the Japanese. Monkey Kong? Or did they mean “donkey” to imply stupid?
