Safe to say that without last night’s Album Club, I would never have put this on the stereo.
@petebrown @adoran2 Haha, I remember wishing for AC/DC’s “Flick of the Switch” as a gift the Christmas before, in 1983, and I got it, and at Christmas my father said “put it on, let me hear”, and I did, but 30 seconds into “Rising Power”, he demanded that I shut it off. 😂
@petebrown @odd Amazing! I’d never heard it until last night. The host described them as a ‘synth band’, which threw me. Having listened to it I can totally understand where he was coming from.
