@odd there is certainly a bifurcation building up - like so much in the world.

1) More and more richer, experiential things that we experience as a 'community', gathering in a single 'meat place'

2) While things like 'movies' becomes a home theater / in the future goggles(?) small group/individual experience.

Theme Parks, Drones, Holograms, 3D, IMAX are the ones that are already shaping up in the former.
