Two trees down in the winds this week. Processed one and the other became a turtle haven within hours of falling.
Also moved/planted more chestnuts 🌰 today.

Norwegian Wood, (not the Murakami one). I haven’t read it, but it became an instant hit over here.
@odd I remember it being a sensation here, too. I’m afraid there were no axes involved, though. Just an electric chainsaw. I didn’t split the thick ones, yet, either.
I did learn how to reset the chain, though!
@dwalbert these are supposed to be a new hybrid that is blight resistant. Might be same ones you are thinking of?
