New year started with a glorious winter walk around lake Aulanko in Hämeenlinna.

@odd no, it is faux classical tower created just for enjoying the view over Hämeenlinna. Essentially, a rich guy didn't know how to spend his money and he built a nature park and plenty of faux classical structures and follies around the area.

@odd the platform below. The tower is a bit scary to climb up and I usually walk by outside their office hours (also: now closed for covid). But the view up there is very cool
