@cdevroe Knives Out is a recent favorite. Definitely check out The Invisible Guest. (Spanish title: Contratiempo) but don't read about it in advance. It has great twists. And the Scream trilogy is actually nice set of murder mysteries masquerading as horror movies.

@cdevroe seconding Knives Out | story-wise you can't beat anything Conan Doyle cooked up, but the BBC TV Sherlock actually betters all the movies!

@cdevroe To follow-up on this, ended up watching Sophie on Netflix. So many true crime docs end up with disappointing results. I feel like the streaming services could afford to do yearly follow-ups to let the audiences know the latest.
