Well, people were offended when President Coolidge invited Chamberlain, the pilot to the White House on return, but did not invite Levine, the owner/passenger with him. That’s how we got some 4 Levine themed songs, like Levine Mit Zayn Flying Machine, and Levine Der Groyser Man…both available on YouTube if you search.
@dshanske What stood out most to me in the Wikipedia article was that Levine was arrested for helping a fugitive from a concentration camp to escape. I’ll look up the songs and try to understand them with my ever so limited German knowledge.
