@MitchWagner Businesses of Las Vegas could turn off their superfluous lights and the grid could divert power to California? I don’t know. I’ve read somewhere* that the grid is aging, so that they cannot divert as much as needed, and the loss rate is too high. (*) Don’t remember where, but maybe Survival Theory by Jonathan Hollerman
