@daringfireball iPhone Duo doesn’t make much sense… Remember the Macintosh PowerBook Duo? Two complementary pieces of hardware working together… With the iPhone, it’s one thing that gets folded. Doesn’t convey the right thing to me.

@daringfireball I went from seeing probably no folding phones last year to a noticeable amount this year in the UK. Not a lot but you can see one a week maybe, certainly one a month. I know 3 people personally with them.

The people I know are in their 40s / 50s and it feels like most strangers are older too. Might be because of the cost but people have told me they like them for aging-related issues.

They used "Studio" which Microsoft also called one of their surface devices so I guess *maybe* but it'd be a real shocker
