@matt I'm optimistic to see Reeder Classic continue to live for a long time but to receive the minimal attention to keep it work on recent OSes.
@matt just installed it and played around. I’ve also been using Reeder since v1.
I also use Apple News a lot and have thought about that kind of format for my RSS feeds. I don’t think the new Reeder is quite that but feels a bit closer.
I’ll continue to try it out and will pay for a month of premium just to see how it works with Mastodon. But I love Ivory (as much as I love Classic) so that would be hard to switch away from.
I also don’t get unread count anxiety.
