@joshzepeda I’m a NetNewsWire user and former Reeder user a while back. Anything new to consider?

@joshzepeda can you provide TestFlight links?
@joshzepeda hmmm states no subscription for Mela but what about the now named Reeder Classic
@joshzepeda agreed -- from the first test flight he made it clear that that RSS was not coming to this version of the app -- why i have no idea.
i’ve been testing this but honestly, i think #ProjectTapestry from @Iconfactory will be the better replacement going forward
@joshzepeda based on the early betas, i see a lot of potential for it provide an RSS option but in an old school 3rd party Twitter/current 3rd party app Mastodon app, as well as, a lot of other options for maximum flexibility and choice in how you want to consume whatever you connect
i have one RSS feed on there now, and the UI looks and feels like i am on Ivory, and looks nothing like Reeder does
it'll definitely be worth a look once the beta is opened wider
@joshzepeda No RSS is a dealbreaker for me. Waiting on Tapestty - supported it but not on beta.
@joshzepeda another subscription service, I hope the old Reeder stays in the App Store for a long time or forever but I doubt that’s gonna happen
@joshzepeda I really hope that’s not the case here, Reeder has been one of my favorite apps for years. Loosing it would be sad for a subscription would be sad
