@numericcitizen It is sad, and I agree it is bad for them. I have Craft in my Setapp subscription and I was about to give it a go after discovering your video tutorials.Last week I found your channel, successfully followed your tips about micro.blog, and I saw your section about Craft, so I thought it’d be great to try the app following your directions. The fact that they don’t acknowledge your work gives me a pause, though. They should be able to see how advantageous it is for them.
@eumrz thanks for your kind words.
@numericcitizen Wow I would have thought they would get you on board as an ambassador and use your experience to their advantage. Sad to see they don’t. I would even understand if you step down a bit. No video about new features when they are being released. Wait a few days with your updates, etc.
Did you try to talk to them and ask the marketing people or even the management why?
@tschlander Thanks! Yes, I did get in touch with them a few times... their response is sually something like this: "thanks for researching out and for your involvement. Let me see what I can do". And then I never hear from them. Very spotty communication.
@numericcitizen This is not good. Bad behavior. They could just tell you that they don‘t have an ambassador program or anything that can be compared to that or get you on board and support you. Even if you keep using Craft and support it, I would not get a new video, tutorial out as soon as something new launched. You community will understand it and support you! I wouldn‘t mind if you take a few days before you post something. Guess you will find a good way to deal with it.
