While spending some time in the Anybox bookmarks manager this morning, I was thinking of restarting my monthly newsletter because they are fun (but time-consuming) to build. I should find a way to better automate the production process, though.

@numericcitizen create a linkblog with micro.blog premium, post your links on your blog as you find them. the newsletter will be sent as you configure and boom, no further work needed. :) plus: you get rss feed for people that don't like email stuff. 😁
@pcora oh shit. That REALLY interesting. Let me wrap my mind around that for a minute.
@pcora I'm already using the premium newsletter feature for my content published over a week. Some are subscribing to the newsletter (which I think is cool). I think I would rather build based on that instead of adding a new blog. If you looked at the shared link to my current newsletter, there is some formatting and content arrangement that I cannot reproduce with MB newsletter easily. Nonetheless, it was a great idea. I'll keep thinking about it.
@yurymol I did, a while back. I don't want to add another service on topp of those that I currently have. Ghost supports newsletters. numericcitizen.me/substack-...
@pcora Micro.blog update this week which adds the possibility of creating a monthly newsletter based on a specific category. I added the "newsletter" category for posts that will make it to the newsletter. Very useful. I switch from weekly to monthly now. I'm an happy camper now!
@numericcitizen I saw that and started thinking that maybe I could start a photo newsletter with this! 🤔
