@JohnPhilpin @nitinkhanna It's an ActivityPub-based version of Reddit. So, yeah, sort of a social network. And posts from Mastodon on visible there.

@pratik Yeah, I think kbin is a branch off of lemmy.
@JohnPhilpin It's not so much a blog or microblog thing. I've got an account on the main, kbin.social server but haven't used it much yet. From what I can tell it's early days for both kbin and lemmy. But, perhaps with time it will grow into a worthwhile Reddit replacement.
