Now, 25 years later, I need two hands to count the number of fictional women who inspire me — the likes of Captain Marvel, Captain Kathryn Janeway, Supergirl, Xena and Gabrielle, Captain Sharon Raydor, President Laura Roslyn, Wonder Woman… Sometime I’ll make a proper list.

Maybe a Ms. Marvel movie?
@Bruce Indeed! Thanks for mentioning the warriors from Black Panther. I was so glad to see Captain Marvel's friend / offsider was a black woman.
@Miraz Apparently Monica Rambeau (the daughter) assumes the mantle of Captain Marvel at some point in the comics. Hope that story makes it to the big screen too. :)
@Bruce I sincerely hope a Ms. Marvel film will happen in the future. It’s a great character and series.
