@bradenslen nice. I got a 1939 Royal Standard (KMM) on a typing table of the same era at a junk store here.

@Marty Nice! I hit 3 antique malls today. There were some bargains that need some work but nothing really jumped out at me. I'm not quite ready to get into restoration and repair just yet. Still it was good to know they were there.

@grayareas Yeah, not my first choice of colors, but I read somewhere that the colored paint ones have slightly more value than the black or grey ones. And it shows no signs of any great usage. It looks like it spent most of it's 65 years sitting in the closed case, so blue or not I couldn't pass it up.

I have no idea why the photo is sideways on MB and correctly oriented on Twitter. Weird.

@bradenslen I think the color looks good! I’ve seen a few Royals that shade over the years. Great find. In NYC, I can’t find deals like that. Too many hunters! 👀
