@Munish todays lesson was concentrated on how you address challenges within your team and how you can work to solve them. We got to practice a method called GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will). If I’m your boss and you come to me with a problem the goal is to listen to what you have to say without coming with solutions. Only thing I should do is listen to you and ask open questions to make yourself come with suggestions how to move forward.
