@nathanrhale ha ... 90% of my actions sit in 6 ‘projects’ in OmniFocus and each project is time stamped .. when it comes over due .. 3/4 times I change the due date and move on. On occasions I might scan the list to see if anything can be crossed off. Other people might have just deleted the items ...it really has the same effect ... but I am not as good at ‘ruthless prioritisation’ as @cm is.

@JohnPhilpin I try not use due dates unless it is a true committment I have made. For me, having due dates in my system that aren't "hard" committments undermines my trust in the system, which causes me to use it less. I also feel guilty everytime I get to a my "suggested" date and haven't done it yet 😂
