@nathanrhale @Gaby My strategy, which is possible as I only live with 2 dogs and a cat who can’t complain, is to put on a podcast at bedtime. But it needs to be a podcast that bores me. It distracts me but doesn’t fully keep my interest. Almost always works.

@Denny that makes sense! Personally I’ve been trying to give myself half an hour phone-free before bedtime. When I do that and read a novel (or poetry) it helps a lot.
