@nathanrhale Awesome. Been reading Experimental Theology for many years, and grabbed many of the books along the way. The series that became Slavery of Death is one of my all time faves.

@nathanrhale In general, the case that Christus Victor helps us overcome the fears and general and specific neuroticisms that would normally lead us to take actions that aren't in line with our professed values. I also really like his exploration of how institutions are imbued with a will to survive (in the Walter Wink sense), too, and how that tempts them to abandon their purpose.
