@val Can't say exactly but in January you can have as little as 5 hours of daylight.

@matti @val I was a bit more North (in Kittilä) last year in early December and sunrise at 11am and sunset a bit after 1pm 😎

@val @matti yes, both in the Summer when we get abundance of sunlight (harder to sleep, but can be countered with good curtains) and in Winter when if affects especially mood. It is called Seasonal affective disorder - Wikipedia if the symptoms are bad. Personally I sleep more, add vitamin D and use bright light in the mornings

@tkoola @val It depends. I feel lucky because I happen to get only tired but not necessarily depressed when it's dark and the days are short (I kinda like it actually). It slows life down somewhat. That's useful.
