@mathyousee ha! I think he’s run a cumulative 20km since we signed up. Though, to be fair, he just finished his swimming season yesterday

@mroutley I’m sure AI would cheer you on with two thumbs up while you trip and fall into a ditch during a sprint session, suggested to keep your anaerobic training status in balance with your high and low pace training status. It has no concept of the real world, nor any inventiveness a human coach would have, the latter making you do alternating paces in a long run instead of sprints with tired legs at the end of a long run.
