@mroutley Alas, they use Chartable for online tracking across podcasts. That's a big No for me to subscribe to The Joy of Why podcast, as well as so many others, e.g. 99% Invisible with Roman Mars, The Daily fom the NY Times, etc.

@mroutley I'm sure it's a lucrative proposition, worth tens of dollars per tracked podcast listener for the tracking company, as most listeners are very loyal and engaged, more so than website visitors, worth only cents per person. Also, there's no tracking prevention in podcasting, nor any (self-)regulation, as it's invisible to the end-user.
