I want a hat that says “I REALLY want to talk to you about X-Men 97 Episode 5!” so I can more easily find my people.

@adam Wasn’t it amazing? It’s nice to finally see an adaptation get so much right!

@mrbeefy I feel like the show has weird pacing inherent to the short format, and also reminiscent of how the original show felt. But, that said, they really went for it in the second half of that episode. I can't help but wonder whether the eventual arrival of the X-Men into the MCU will be on a similar scale.

@adam I've really enjoyed just how dense the show is. It moves. Major Claremontian story arcs are handled in 30 minutes. I can definitely see how the pacing can turn folks off, but I think I'm overall enjoying a show that seems to not want to waste my time with any level of "filler".
