What are some of your foundational principles?
For me, integrity is crucial.
@drose Loving on others - which, for me, means treating everyone as if they were special to me (because they are); what's important to them has as much value to them as mine does to me (respect is a big part of love); and that Jesus loved each one of us enough to die for us - nobody more than anyone else (love across the board).
