I was kind of hoping for a bit of Spring before we hit 90 degrees.

@modernlittleme I was surprised to read about the buyer who thought mortgage = no utilities. Who did they think would pay the bills?
@vishae It is naive for sure. But some apartment rents include utilities so they may have thought the mortgage payment would be the same. So going from not directly paying utilities or property tax & having no renters insurance to a mortgage + insurance + taxes + utilities.
@vishae you and I both! Apparently, they thought it was part of the escrow?! I’m so confused by their train of thought. 🤷🏼♀️
