I am a sucker for railway stations that have big trees. This is Whitefield, a suburb of Bangalore.

@mjb Thank you! I agree, though many such stations are now being redeveloped because of a rise in traffic and trees are the first things to go to reclaim space.
@pratik You mean his ashram? The better known landmark bearing his name in the area is the hospital, providing specialist care for free.
@purisubzi Not sure. Never been. Only heard from a former grad school roommate who attended his undergrad in Whitefield.
