If you have seen and enjoyed Bodyguard, make sure to watch Slow Horses. How good is it? First time I stayed up until 4am for a TV show since the early 2000s good. 📺
@miljko I'm a huge fan of Mick Herron's Slough House novels. I feared Gary Oldman was a bit on the nose as a casting choice for Jackson Lamb because of his previous portrayal of Geoge Smiley, but that series was nearly perfect.
@michaelsmanley Oh, Apple is milking the le Carré conection as much as it can — Tinker, Taylor… is free on Apple TV+ until the end of the year. Which is fine with me, as long as Slow Horses continue being (as you said) nearly perfect.
