Yay! I got and installed my first Smart Thermostat today! I’ve never been very good at home improvement type things but this was a pretty big hobby project!

Ecobee. It’s the Ecobee 3 lite. The 4 has Amazon Alexa, but I didn’t feel like I wanted another Alexa so I opted for the cheaper model. It supports HomeKit, Echo, Google Home. It also has remote sensors you can put around the home so the thermostat knows where people are in the house and what temperature it is in those rooms.
