⌚️Apple watch users:

Is there a way to start an exercise and then say “alert me if my heart rate goes outside $DefinedRange”?

If so, is that native or do you use another app?

@toddgrotenhuis @mpmilestogo Yes, but you have to enable it on the watch, not the iPhone App under Settings -> Heart -> Enable High Heart Rate Alerts.

@mikka is “high” user-definable? Also is there a “low” alert? What I want to do is get my heart rate into a certain zone and stay there (often called “zone 2”)

@toddgrotenhuis Ah, during workout? Sorry, I think the alarm requires resting state. In that case, both are definable. If you need it during workout, I have been using Zones (AppStore link, see this for website) for this.
