There are times for voting, and checking in with folks & getting frequent feedback is great. It’s the avoidance of responsibility element that signifies level three here.

Hopefully that’s not actually you, but if so, I guess you know what to work on! (I.e. whatever is scary about that decision-making.)

@toddgrotenhuis I’m a lot better now than I was a year ago. My first team lead role had me leading a team full of people with equivalent experience. Now, I very much try to be consultative but decisive.
