Finished the focus challenge. When I switched focus mode off in gluon, I realized how much I would love an mb client that remembers my position in the timeline. Had a lot of scrolling to do. cc: @vincent
@matti 🥳 AWESOME! Congrats and thanks for taking part! Yes, timeline scroll position is still on the cards... but that requires a lot of thought and rewritting. Gluon will remember the last item you scrolled to and will tell MB where you're at, so it syncs this but doesn't do anything with it yet. Micro.blog Web and App also syncs your position, and doesn't do anything with it yet 😜
@vincent Hehe. Yeah, I know that’s the case. The first client that has this feature will be my client for sure, however creaky it might otherwise be, just saying. 😅
P.S.: Thanks! How did the challenge go for you? I realized that 1.) I’m not participating that much in the first place (so it wasn’t that hard tbh) and 2.) want to participate a little more. 💪

The challenge went ok for me. I didn’t toggle until this morning on my phone. As I’m working on MB and various other bits with Gluon I was using it in a simulator (for screenshots) and also web… but at least my phone was set to minimal for the whole time. So it was good.
