I suppose I should clarify that I mean for MacOS 
I can find a lot of options that maintain pasteboard history (I don’t care) but not something that concatenates. 
@duckrowing I wonder if there’s any random tools on Brett Terpstra’s website, dude has all sorts of awesome script things.
