@martinfeld it sure doesn’t seem like Twitter is going to materially benefit from these developer hostile choices in the long run. They’ve managed to ruin an app and a service that use to be great. Now it’s full of ads and people I don’t even follow.
@ferrousguy They’re not great at long-term thinking or paying attention to the devoted users who have been there since the beginning. It’s easier to chase engagement and advertising dollars.
