I recently made a change with my own intermittent fasting that I jokingly call āintermittent intermittent fasting.ā If I have to do something that requires me to be physical, or I just wake up hungry for some reason, Iāll eat something healthy for breakfast. It always makes me feel and perform better in the same way that fasting makes me feel better when I have to spend the whole morning working from a chair.
@gregmoore To be fair to them, it can get very Lord of the Flies out there. King of the hill and all that. Some kids built igloos that they then used to mark their territories but other kids wanted them, and it got crazy.
