I’m going to start writing down some end of the day questions. I’ve identified the following 3 that resonated with me.

  1. What went well today?
  2. What do I want to improve on for tomorrow?
  3. What is my favorite part of today?

@mandaris I also ask: What did I do wrong, and how can I not make the same mistake?

@Archimage I thought about it having something like that. I decided against it because I have a tendency of being very critical. Once I establish the habit, I’ll reevaluate.

@mandaris I've have the following in my routine: - Daily logs: What did you do (work/books/other things) - Amazing things that happened: The highlights of the day - What I've learned (Explain new knowledge in your own words) - Positivity Score (value between 1 and 3 where three is the best) - What could have increased the score? - What could I have done better?
