@mandaris very nice. Gregg is great, so is Kyle and Amir for Strength and Core. They really have helped me look my best so far. If you fancy Yoga I can recommend Justin and Jessica. Jessica does a few more slow flows and explains everything more in general.

@vincent these are great suggestions. Greg was actually the first trainer that I worked with. I’m tempted to do more classes but I’m already feeling it from yesterday and this morning.

@mandaris I think 3 times a week for at least 10 or 20 mins would be a great start to get moving and stronger/stable. Keep it up ✌️
