@jayeless I'm hoping that whatever it is that you needed to get answered isn't too serious. Kind of fun story because I've been in similar situations. I try to stop myself from going too far… sometimes.

@mandaris Thankfully no, it was just a bureaucratic issue and nothing health-related. It was kind of fun, but as the guy kept going on and on I started worrying he was gonna get in trouble for keeping me on the line to talk about Google instead of moving on to the next caller in the queue 😂
